Professional training contributes to improvements in risk prevention as well as quality (50% of the training budget is devoted to prevention) and constitutes a vital asset in SADE’s ability to develop its expertise, innovate and to be efficient.
Part-time sandwich courses also help to recruit and integrate highly-motivated young employees and allow tutors to pass on their expertise. 20% of new employees and 10% of the personnel have come from work/study sandwich courses.
