The respect of our Customers and the environment is at the heart of our
preoccupations.
Several years ago, SADE-Ile-de-France Divisions voluntarily instigated
a continuing improvement policy, on the one hand, to :
- more and more satisfy our Customers needs,
- reduce dysfunctionments and their associated costs,
- adhere the maximum support between ourselves,
and, on the other hand, to reduce the inconvenience and nuisances impacting
our environment by :
- assuring and demonstrating the confirmity to the rules and regulations
applicable to our activities,
- establishing, maintaining and examining objectives and to target environmental
issues having significant impacts on our activities on our environment,
- participating to pollution prevention.
At this integration stage of both our quality and environment management
systems into the whole of company's Ile-de-France Divisions, we count on
the commitment of the all the personnel, as they can equally count on that
of the management, to:
- constantly adapt to the needs and expectations of our Customers, to the
legal requirements and to research in the prevention of nuisances arising
from our activities,
- accomplish the policy by establishing objectives and by taking all necessary
measures so this policy be communicated, expanded, understood, implemented
and regularly reviewed,
- continually improve the effectiveness of our management system and the
performance of our results,
- assure the development of our management system and guarantee its coherence
with the company's global strategy.
