The slightest cut to a sheath requires the whole cable to be replaced. RTE is keeping a close eye to ensure the laying of the cables goes smoothly and the cable manufacturer (Prysmian Group) is also on hand during this crucial phase.<\/p>\n<p>SADERTELEC is following precise phasing, laying the 6 cables in one week, which will then be set in concrete slabs, guaranteeing a perfect seal for civil engineering.[\/vc_column_text][vc_message style=&#8221;square&#8221; message_box_color=&#8221;white&#8221; icon_type=&#8221;entypo&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1629185677925{margin-top: 15px !important;margin-right: 30px !important;border-bottom-width: 0px !important;padding-top: 1px !important;background-color: #008bcb !important;border-bottom-color: #008bcb !important;border-bottom-style: solid !important;}&#8221; icon_entypo=&#8221;entypo-icon entypo-icon-info-circled&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The two projects in numbers<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>MESIL Nantes 1<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Distance: 2,100 m<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Volume of concrete: 1,300 m\u00b3<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Number of transmission lines: 2 + 1 more to come<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">On-site personnel: 3 SADERTELEC teams<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The civil engineering was completed in summer 2020 and the project will finish three weeks from now.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>MESIL Nantes 2<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Distance: 4,000 m<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Volume of concrete: 1,800 m\u00b3<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Number of transmission lines: 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Number of teams on site: 2 workshops (1 SADERTELEC team + 1 SADE team)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The teams are currently undertaking the civil engineering.
