The study site is located in the port of Boulogne-sur-Mer (Cap\u00e9cure area).<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the\u00a0 is to power two warehouses of the cold storage company Norfrigo, in place of the current air-cooled condensers, and thus enhance the energy efficiency of the refrigeration production unit.<\/p>\n<p>The study consists in the creation of two ambient heat loops:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A seawater loop<\/li>\n<li>An intermediate industrial water loop (glycol water)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The seawater loop will be regulated at the pumping station in the Loubet Basin. A technical unit will be located at the junction of these two loops. It will contain the various elements required for the smooth execution of the process, including plate heat exchangers at the seawater \/glycol water interface.<\/p>\n<h2>Works were designed by SIng and carried out in part by the Hauts-de-France RD<\/h2>\n<p>The Boulogne-sur-Mer Agency (Hauts-de-France RD) within a consortium, was awarded Order 1 for the creation of the seawater loop.
