The Ivry-sur-Seine Agency (Paris Regional Division) also intervened in these works.<\/p>\n<h2>The power of social media&#8230;and SADE references<\/h2>\n<p>It was while searching for providers capable of tanking operations using acid-resistant plates that the VEDIF project manager discovered SADE\u2019s Hydroclick\u00ae process on LinkedIn.<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, this process consists in lining the civil engineering facility in question with HDPE plates welded by extrusion. The manager contacted the Civil Engineering and Special Works Agency of the Rennes RD, and a quote was prepared. In all, 220m\u00b2\u00a0of plates were carefully cut, adjusted, clipped and welded by extrusion.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to this, the Ivry-sur-Seine teams treated the concrete structure of the severely acid-damaged sump pit. To detect and measure potential rises from the water table beneath this facility, a vertical 225mm-diameter and 1.5m-high HDPE tube, equipped with a probe, was placed in the sump pit.
