{"id":7002,"date":"2020-12-18T08:09:25","date_gmt":"2020-12-18T07:09:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sade-cgth.fr\/blog\/2020\/12\/18\/la-pince-hydraulique-roboconduct\/"},"modified":"2021-01-04T09:05:25","modified_gmt":"2021-01-04T08:05:25","slug":"la-pinza-hidraulica-roboconduct","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sade-cgth.fr\/es\/blog\/rse-es\/la-pinza-hidraulica-roboconduct\/","title":{"rendered":"La pinza hidr\u00e1ulica Roboconduct"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column width=\u00bb2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1609747519054{margin-right: 20px !important;}\u00bb]<strong><span style=\"color: #999999\">Mejora la seguridad y reduce el volumen de excavaci\u00f3n\/relleno en las obras. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>G\u00e9nesis<\/h2>\n<p>Finales de 2017 &#8211; Formalizaci\u00f3n de las especificaciones: dise\u00f1ar una pinza hidr\u00e1ulica capaz de colocar, en zanjas estrechas, tuber\u00edas de fundici\u00f3n de hasta \u01fe 300 para agua potable.<\/p>\n<p>2018 &#8211; Fabricaci\u00f3n de un prototipo, equipado con una placa de conexi\u00f3n hidr\u00e1ulica Oilquick que le permita acoplarse autom\u00e1ticamente a una excavadora m\u00f3vil.<\/p>\n<p>2019 &#8211; Periodo de prueba de la pinza en 2 obras en la regi\u00f3n de Angevine, por los equipos del Grupo SADE: en una para la colocaci\u00f3n de un tubo de PVC 160 en un entorno rural, y en la otra para la colocaci\u00f3n de una tuber\u00eda de fundici\u00f3n \u01fe 150 en un entorno urbano, en Angers.<\/p>\n<h2>Validaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Estas 2 pruebas confirmaron que esta herramienta cumpl\u00eda con las expectativas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>reforzar la seguridad en las obras: esta pinza permite colocar tuber\u00edas sin necesidad de bajar a la zanja, reduciendo as\u00ed el riesgo de ca\u00eddas y de quedar atrapado en el interior, as\u00ed como de sufrir trastornos musculo-esquel\u00e9ticos por malas posturas;<\/li>\n<li>reducir las excavaciones y por tanto del relleno: esta tecnolog\u00eda reduce el ancho de la zanja y por lo tanto el volumen de excavaci\u00f3n\/relleno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Se est\u00e1n estudiando algunas mejoras.<\/p>\n<h2>En la actualidad<\/h2>\n<p>La versi\u00f3n 2 de Roboconduct est\u00e1 actualmente en desarrollo.
