A project to improve wastewater treatment
126km from Moldovan capital Chisinau, SADE is rebuilding the 50-year-old Cantemir wastewater treatment plant, which currently meets 25% of wastewater treatment needs. At the same time, 20km of drainage network, 800 branch connections and 3 pumping stations will be laid.
The rehabilitation project is being funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) and executed on behalf of the Cantemir City Hall and water authority.

Design and execution of 56km of water supply network (cast-iron and HDPE) and associated branch connections, in the capital Chisinau, on behalf of the Apa Canal Chisinau water authority. 44 sections of open-air works across the capital, mobilising up to 80 employees. Funded by the EBRD, EIB and NIF.
