The SADE Ingénierie business line of Groupe SADE offers expert solutions to public bodies and industries for the design, construction and rehabilitation of water networks, wastewater treatment plants and civil engineering water works facilities.

SADE sets up shop in Sri Lanka and contributes to the project to supply drinking water to more than 350,000 people in the Matalé region.

SADE innovates with new business lines: electric mobility services, communicating device networks, smart networks, and security

Supplying drinking water to the Mauritanian capital, Nouakchott, from the Sénégal River, which runs almost 200km further south.

SADE merges its telecoms business lines, forming its nationwide SADE Telecoms Department

Joining forces with Franzetti, SADE assists the Ivory Coast to develop and increase its access to drinking water

In the Paris region, SADE adopts its first Clean Worksites charter, an early expression of its environmental commitment

SADE takes over what will later become the water borehole service

SADE starts up its telecoms business line at various regional divisions

1969

The Rouen Regional Division is awarded a first worksite in Belgium, prior to SADE opening offices there

1968 - 1980

SADE expands internationally

Firstly with the creation of a joint venture to allow SADE to submit bids and construct water and wastewater treatment systems in Abu Dhabi. Next with sites in Cameroon and the Central African Republic, then Burkina Faso, Niger, Senegal, Gambia and Liberia. These were followed by projects in Gabon, Vietnam and many other countries.

Trenchless Works become one of SADE’s trademarks

SADE opens specialist departments: drinking water, wastewater and industrial water treatment

1919 - 1950

SADE expands nationwide

Rouen, Arras and Lyon in 1919, Nevers in 1934. It sets up its own integrated design & engineering office to support its water network design & construction work.
